Do I need a repellent with DEET?

For higher-risk areas, a DEET-based repellent is usually recommended as it's the most effective against mosquitoes. We can advise on the right strength and skin-friendly alternatives.

When should I wear flight socks?

On flights of around four hours or more, flight socks help reduce the risk of DVT, especially if you have reduced mobility or other risk factors.
