Frequently Asked Questions

Many of our services, including NHS Pharmacy First, are walk-in. For travel vaccines and private consultations we recommend booking ahead so we can give you the time you need.

Several are, including Pharmacy First treatment for common conditions and NHS flu jabs for eligible patients. Private services are clearly priced, with no hidden costs.

Ideally 6–8 weeks before you travel, as some vaccines need more than one dose. That said, last-minute advice is better than none, come in and we'll help.

Under the NHS Pharmacy First service, our pharmacists can supply certain prescription-only medicines, including antibiotics, for specific conditions where clinically appropriate.
